How long will my delivery take?

Delivery of your goods will take 1-5 working days.

Do I have to pay delivery per item?

No - you only pay per delivery, NOT per item!

How much will delivery cost?

FREE on orders when you spend more than £30!

If you spend £30 or less then delivery is £3.99.

If you order our privilege card on it's own then your delivery will be FREE.

Do you deliver anywhere?

We deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland.

If you require delivery to anywhere outisde the UK mainland please contact us and we may be able to help.

Can you deliver to a different address?

Yes we can but you will need to put your order through online for fraud security reasons.

Why don't you do FREE delivery on all items like some companies?

Although we do offer free delivery we can only offer it on delivery to selected areas when you spend over £30. Please don't be fooled by free delivery offered by some of our competitors! You will often find the more products you add into your basket the overall price becomes lower compared to our competitors.
